PHOTO RELEASE

COPYRIGHTS: The photographs produced by St. Peter Lutheran Church and School are the property of St. Peter Lutheran Church and School and are protected by United States Copyright Laws (USC Title 17) and may not be reproduced in any manner without St. Peter Lutheran Church and School’s explicitly written permission. St. Peter Lutheran Church and School grants the CLIENT permission to share the images on social networking websites, with family and friends, and on vendor websites as long as the images remain unaltered and textual credit is explicitly given to St. Peter Lutheran Church and School. The CLIENT must obtain written permission from the COMPANY prior to publishing or selling the photographs.

MODEL RELEASE: The CLIENT hereby assigns St. Peter Lutheran Church and School the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The CLIENT releases all claim to profits that may arise from use of images. Client waives the right of tort of invasion of privacy due to any reproductions.

Images taken at the VIP Photo Booth will be posted to the St. Peter Lutheran Church and School Facebook and Website.  You will be able to tag yourself and download your images from Facebook. If you do not have a facebook account, please provide an email for the picture to be forwarded to.
